We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure. ACA Bookstore accepts valid personal, government and institutional Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
Alternate Payment Methods
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order or a corporate, institutional, government, or personal check. Payment by check may delay your order since we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise. Please make checks and money orders to:

To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.
To order with a credit card by fax, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, and fax the form with your credit card number to us at: 831-372-6075.

Standard Shipping Rates
Our standard domestic shipping rates are $8.99 for the first item on each order and $1.49 for each additional item on each order. Shipping is generally via Fed-Ex, but may occasionally be via Priority Mail or another carrier.
Rush Shipping Rates
Rush shipping via Fed-Ex Priority is available on most orders for an additional charge. Please phone us toll free at 1-888-229-5745 for pricing and availability.
International shipping is available to most countries via Airmail or Global Priority service. Please contact us at email@example.com if you need an estimated shipping charge for international service before placing your order, otherwise we will simply calculate the least expensive air delivery method and add these charges to your order.
Orders are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt. Most customers will receive their order within 14 business days; however shipping may take longer on unusually large orders or on orders during our peak seasons.
California residents will be billed 8.25% sales tax.
Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 14 days of receipt of order.
All returns/exchanges are subject to a 10% restock fee.
