The Changing Face of Nutrition for Health and Performance: Past, Present, and Future presents a compelling historical overview of nutrition and exercise. Featuring a President's Lecture from the 2012 ACSM annual meeting, the DVD looks at where the science and the profession have been, what did they learn, and what are the future directions and challenges they face. The DVD discusses how the profession has changed since the 1980s and points out some of the individuals in ACSM who helped make the transition possible.
